But it certainly exists on the GTA universe, lots of references to it. Carcer city mainly based on Detroit? It would be realistic as f*ck in my opinion. Ofcourse that it doesn't have the charisma of Los Santos and Liberty, so i feel you there, but it would give a intense feeling imo. Ideal would be Carcer City+North Yankton+Liberty... or Carcer-Vice-Liberty... just 2 non-mainstream solutions imo... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Im thinking about Vice City... its the last city they didnt recreate in HD era. These areas all have the snow that everyone is always asking for, so why not, chicago has a lot of bad areas and Wisconsin has lots of dairy land farms...i would love it. Hey they are pretty close together. I live around Baltimore it is like 1 hr and a half either way. Plus, Washington is iconic. Baltimore has lots of crime, phiadelphia has crime and a little bit of American iconic to it.
