Has anyone else experienced this?

 

I'm at 86% and everytime I get my phone out to go on the internet to buy a car or whatever, the browser closes and I can't get back into it, can't use any functions on my phone and then can't switch characters.

 

I have to do a quick save and reload and the same thing happens. It is REALLY pissing me off.

 

I love the game and all but I'm noticing some serious bugs.
