I swear Rockstar specifically said there would be 6, a few times actually. A little gutted at the amount of money i ended up with/other ways of making money. It seemed like only 1 out of every 10 or so missions you'd actually get some sort of payment

Yeah...out of all the heist missions, only the first and last one give you any purpose of money. And that's if you choose cheap crew members.

Then how can you make 20mil with 2 heist giving you money?

The last heist you do. Pick the cheapest crew members and pick the

obvious

choice. I made 34 mil for each character at the end.

 

So it's like this:

 

Diamond job

Ship heist

Blitz play

Paleto heist

 

??

 

No bank job?

The last heist and paleto bay are bank jobs.

Heist DLC please.

 

 

I'm pretty sure GTA: O will have replayable and even player made heists. Why did they not let us do more heists as optional missions?

EDIT: Cant't figure out how to un-quote you haha. Ah, i didn't realise blitzplay was a heist, a different message usually shows up after completing a heist as opposed to a 'mission', but after blitz play it just said mission complete as normal for me. Also, I was definitely under the impression that when it came to GTA V 'heist' did mean get lots of money in one sense or another. I still think it's an awesome game dont get me wrong it absolutely blew me away, I just thought from what rockstar had said that wed get more opportunity to get rich as fuuuck

I agree. They built up soo much hype over the heists and in reality they weren't that great. Tbh my favorite heists was the first one (jewerly store.) The rest seemed pretty lame and over the top, almost too easy and extremely unrealistic. Is it me or has R* gone completely arcade/mainstream with the storyline. It all seems so unoriginal and cliche.

The strangest thing in my opinion is that when you choose your crew in the jewerly heist it says that they're skills are getting better every time you use them. But what's the f*cking use of that if you, for an exemple. can only use the hacker once or twice?

Replay value? don't the developed skills remain when revisit mission or heist?

I agree. They built up soo much hype over the heists and in reality they weren't that great. Tbh my favorite heists was the first one (jewerly store.) The rest seemed pretty lame and over the top, almost too easy and extremely unrealistic. Is it me or has R* gone completely arcade/mainstream with the storyline. It all seems so unoriginal and cliche.

IV in general was much better than V. The only good thing about V is the switching between characters. Nothing else.

I'm a little upset at the fact that we don't get to choose our own heists. I thought for sure once the main story was over, I'd be able to case businesses myself and set up heists.

 

:sigh:

 

And so far, from what I've seen about online, there's nothing mentioned about doing heists.

 

(And I have other grievances about the limited number of assassination and bounty hunting missions, too, but that's a different topic)

Heist crew members skills reset to their defaults if you replay heist missions, well it did for me not sure if that happens to anybody else
