Need help with icon on mini map (possible spoiler?)

Hey guys,

 

So near Grove St I am seeing an icon on the mini map that looks like an ourange alien head.. I seriously spent 10 minutes right around the icon but couldn't figure out how to get to it or what it meant. Can anyone help?

That's a Trevor Rampage mission, it's the same thing when you had to

kill all those hillbillys.

I haven't been over there yet myself so try to see if they're stairs to go up on or try flying over it to see the marker.
