Well let's look at it logically, what time do you expect it to come on? September 30th 12:00 PM would be the logical answer unless there's a holdup or something else.. no need to cap it.

I don't think it will be world wide at the same exact time. I'm expecting staggered releases depending on continent or time zone. A simultaneous world wide release would be doomed to fail because of the amount of server traffic
