I don't have an active XBL Gold account, but I was still able to redeem my codes for my Special Edition Exclusives. I was also able to redeem my LifeInvader discounts (that you get through R* Social Club. I've heard people on the PSN network are having trouble with the extra hair cuts as well.. Before anyone tries to condescend me by telling me that I need to go to the other Barber Shop, don't. I've been to Her Kutz (female barber) and Bob Mulet (male hairstylist) and neither of these locations have the Social Club exlusive haircuts/facial hair.
