I love this game so far. My only big complaint.. (SPOILERS)

Is the fact that the crew is taking orders from the FIB. When I was following this game I was under the impression that F,M, and T were going to plan their own heists and be well rewarded for each one. I've done 4 so far and the only profitable one was the Jewelry store heist. The second one was a loss, the third one was for the FIB entirely and the 4th one, though it was profitable, the majority of the money went to the FIB.

I have a feeling I'm pretty late in the game, so it looks like all the big money will be at the end which is meh in my opinion. I don't see the point in living large if the story is already done, but that could just be me.

I would invest in businesses but most of them are millions of dollars, and I wasted my money on the towing one which only gives you $500 per car (I read the fine print but I thought I would have a lot of money later on so I decided to start here). The other business will give you $5,000 weekly at a $450,000 loss. By the end of the game you end up spending more than what you really gain from them.

It seems like Rockstar has a problem with monetary value in their games. Either they give us too much with barely anything to spend on or very little with not enough to spend on. Or maybe there is something I'm missing here?

I'm loving the missions, activities, exploration, story, and everything else so far but I don't feel like my crew is really MY crew. I feel like it's the FIB's crew and we are all being told to do with little to no money being involved. Anyway, I'm just abut 3/4 through, and I'm still having fun. Just wanted to see what other people on here think about the heists so far. Are you happy they way it's set up or what?

I agree with u on single player. Need more heists like the jewelry store robbery. But online remains to be seen. Hopefully they have some good long strategic heists.

Honestly, none of the properties are worth it.

To BREAK EVEN for the towing business, you have to tow 300 cars ($150,000 cost = $500 (per car) x 300).

For the $150,000,000 golf course, someone stated (though I didn't do the math) that it would take ~3 in-game years to make a profit.
But, hey, you can golf for free.
