Completed the storyline, completed Lester's assassination missions, don't wanna use cheats, don't wanna glitch. How can I get 150 million $?

The only way is to leave ALL the assasination mission's until you have completed the story, so you have much more money to buy the correct stocks which gives you a larger profit.

 

I suggest you start from the beginning and leave them out this time, unless you want to make the money by robbing stores, killing people and other events, which will take you some time.

get 3,000,000 (with jobs,killing,stealing bank trucks,stocks ect...) buy the tank....then buy the Car Scrap Yard property and use the tank to destroy the cars of san andreas..... you will get a lot money for every car you destroy. is a fun way to make money,

I tried to leave the assassination missions until the end, but I was forced to do one of Franklin before moving on with the story. I'm not finished with my second run though yet and I'm not sure if I'll have to do another assassination mission before the end.

I did all but one assassination mission so far and I'm at the point where you're preparing for

"the big one"

and can still make about a million and a half dollars if I choose to do the final assassination right now. You shouldn't have much of a problem if you do it quick and smart.

 

It should be a lot easier once GTA:O comes out.

I've given up on purchasing all the lots in my first play-through. I've decided to try it on my second play-through of the story. I think that's when I'll actually do every side mission, "strangers & freaks," etc. For now, I'm just going to finish the story. It sucks, though, because I've done plenty of side things. I just wish I knew that Lester's assassination missions weren't necessary to complete immediately. I thought they were necessary to progress the main storyline.
