I didn't look on the internet to decide which choice is best... It's not even because I didn't want to spoil the ending for myself, it's just that I really thought someone had to die... Yes, I did choose Trevor... I just felt that Michael was an essential part of the game, and Franklin was too real to die... I really liked Trevor too, but he was a pain in the ass sometimes... Now my point is... Do I really have to play the entire story all over again just to have Trevor playable? I tried replaying the mission but it just restores back... I really hope there is some sort of way man... Because I am not the type of person to replay single player missions.. To be fair, the option was "Deathwish", which could very much hint at Franklin dying. I only chose C because I thought there might be a small chance of none of them dying. There was a part of me that thought deathwish meant Franklin was going to die, and another part thinking "this is gonna be one big fight at the end".
