Theres a random event / stranger mission where you take a man to his wanted destination at the airport and he tells you what stocks to invest in in the game right NOW! toddfa Posted September 22, 2013 Share Posted September 22, 2013 (edited) Yes sir. When you look at the map it is on the left side of the map by the coast before you enter town. Just drive along the west side along the coast and you will see him. The animal arc employee is also a random event but I don't remember the location.
