Buy a rhino tank from warstock cache and carry, park it somewhere off the road, and start blowing up everything. When the cops come, blow them up until you feel better. ALSO IN SAN ANDREAS THERE WERE TRAINS AND YOU COULD DROVE THEM EVEN THERE WERE MISSIONS.
