A little more realism and I always assume I just knocked them the f*ck out....unless I routinely stomp on them after theyre down..then theyre dead. If you notice when you hit someone in the back of the head they die instantly, where as if you have a face to face fist fight it takes a bit more punch to kill em' xD.
