One of the gauntlet I used was stolen off a ped and the lockout still shows. OP, try restarting the game. Or if I'm reading this thread correctly, you took a gauntlet but the lockout directions are showing yet? You have to modify the gauntlet first in the ls customs near the airport then deliver it to the lockout. Wise tip is to get all the upgrades ( not just the necessary one....) for a smooth heist.
