I dont know why everybody wants to own a golf club lol but anyway, It is very hard but do-able.

 

1. Create a save point

2. Mark the stock value of each stock

3. Sleep

4. Check stock see which one is rising

5. Reload save and invest

 

Rinse and repeat

From what i heard,theres a hidden stash that you can collect. Apparently,if you keep switching character back and forth,the stash will respawn. Its only a little bit of money,but hey,its money.

Yeah I don't get it either. It would take hundreds of real time hours just to make back what you invested. I guess you could sleep over and over until the time passed. But that would still take I'd assume 3-5 hours. And as far as I am aware, owning the golf course doesn't grant anything special either. It's strickly a long term investment.

 

This is my biggest complaint about the game I think. Money is kind of hard to make outside the stock market. (Most I made outside a Lester tip was 100,000) And even when you do make all that money, there isn't much to spend it on. It's almost like Rockstar threw those business in there just to fill up space in a sense.

Hopefully they will release repeatable heists so we can earn more than just using the stock markets. Some people like to work for their money, and not just stare at numbers all day!
