Yeah, you can different hair types, depending on the barber. If you go to Vinewood and get your hair done there, it is more expensive, and there is different styles.

There are two Barber chains - Herr Kutz and Bob Mulet. They have some different hair/beard styles. Bob Mulet is where you can get a bald head for Trevor.
