I'm currently playing the PS3 version (I plan on getting the 360 version soon too), and yes, I do get some minor pop-in issues, but nowhere near the degree the OP is apparently experiencing. Btw, what issues are you having on Xbox? Including old game saves, old games you no longer have or play, anything extra you have like music or pictures. And lastly if that doesn't help they suggested to run your ps3 in safe mode, and safe mode should only be used as a last effort if all else fails. Sometimes, something will spawn directly in front of me, the street disappears and cars look like they're flying, and sometimes the game freezes up entirely for 1/2 second. I have old X-Box 360, I don't know what version but my HDD is small (16 gb or so). And I have the disk not downloaded version. This isn't a stupid install problem.
