jbarnski Posted September 22, 2013 Share Posted September 22, 2013 my fiance bought his copy of GTA V two days after release. he's got to the mission, where playing as michael you must enter a building as a ''janitor'' and mop the floors, whilst planting bombs in a locked and restroom. after leaving the building you have to call someone. which then moves to another section as franklin in a fire truck. now as the firetruck comes onto the screen and changes to driving mode it automatically comes up saying ''Mission failed, crew was abandoned'' we've exchanged the disc and tried all sorts. hes getting to the point of installing disc 2 to the xbox and resetting the whole game. he's getting quite distressed as he cannot get past this point. anyone have any tips or the same issue? jbarnski Posted September 22, 2013 Author Share Posted September 22, 2013 Have you tried restarting the mission all over? yes we have, it does the same each time. weve exchanged the disc. when clicking to restart it doesnt load. one person said there could of been a possible glitch on the first disc installation. which resulted in there being the same glitch on the new disc. as we havent reinstalled the new disc 1..
