Because sometimes when I drive over Franklin or someone else my character screams "OH GOD NOO! PLEASE NOO! NOOOO!!!" But the charachter who I hit stands up again. What I did was I waited until the wife was near a door, I went outside to throw a bomb where Amanda was. Then I killed her, went upstairs, and killed Tracey and jimmy. Leave the area & in a few hours, you'll get an angry text from her saying she just got out of hospital & that you're paying the medical bills. Money is then deducted from your account.
