I watched a youtube video and it tells me to go to the edge of this little bit on the map, and well i have completed the story mode is it one of the missions during the story ? I bought the pier with micheal during the main story. Then a short time after that a ? appeared there. So i went up to see what it was and this woman called Abigail was there and she gave me the mission.
