What is the most you can get for the final heist?

What crew members take the lowest cut but are still viable? What approach is the best? Who do you need to hire in the earlier heists to make it work?

The most I've made was

$18m (for each character/$200m total take) on "subtle"

but that was on a replay. The first time I did it I chose

Packie and Gustavo as the gunmen and Karim Denz as my getaway driver/gold loader and Eddie Toh as my truck driver and wheel changer. Karim f*cks up on loading the gold and drops quite a lot of it whilst panicking. He then spins out on the getaway and you lose about $50m. In the end each of my characters only made $10m/$120m minus casualty fees and lost gold :\

I replayed the mission

but switched the drivers around. Eddie Toh was the getaway driver and loader, and Karim was the truck driver. This works out as being much better and netted me the full $200m. I'm going to repeat this mission again on another save but replace Paige Harris (Hacker, 15%) with Rickie (10%).

I haven't done the "obvious" approach yet, but I've read that it requires far less crew

but more chance of losing gold/failing the mission

TL;DR: Go with a good crew because you can't repeat the mission for extra money. Having a bad crew in essential areas like driving and gunning will affect the total take.

26.8m but not on the subtle way

I made 30 400 000 for each of the characters. This was done on the "obvious" choice. I had packie (12%) and the other shooter (who goes with michael) I picked with least % (nt sure was it 4 or 7). For drivers I picked someone with 14% to go with heli and this lady with only like 4 or 7 % but really good skills as the train driver.
