Some small stores still sell it, i got the game already in an country that banned the whole gta games, also i went to psn with an ksa account (before gta v releases) and i saw that you can pre order the game (also it showing the beach girl). As a Former Saudi Citizen, I Know that there are a lot of Computer stores that openly sell Copied games. Check if anyone got the game. They said that GTA IV was banned too but hell....
