Why don't Franklin & Trevor get garages?

I've finished the game, and have only had the option of buying a garage for Michael. Neither Franklin nor Trevor have a garage on the map, and so cannot buy cars.

 

Is there some kind of mission completion required?

They should both have garages. I'm not sure if there is anything you need to do but they should all have garages. Franklin's is in Strawberry.

Both of them have garages. Switch characters and then look for it on the map. Trevor's is orange and Franklin's is green.

Connect your account with the Social Club and you get free access to all the garages. If not you have to buy the ones for each character. But everybody has the possibility to acquire a garage

Yeah, the first garage I bought was with Trevor, right next to the construction site if I remember correctly.

There is a garage for Franklin, down near his aunts house which is listed as a property when controlling Franklin and can be purchased for 31k as I have it and have 3 cars and a bike in there.

Thanks, for some reason they weren't showing up as purchasable. Got them now.
