Official Players Reviews Thread?

Since everyone seems to just be throwing out their little things they like/dislike about the game in little threads, why not have a flatout thread about it?

 

OF COURSE THIS THREAD WILL HAVE SPOILERS.

 

Okay, keep it short and readable! I'll start.

 

It's a good game. Not amazing, not really revolutionary, but it's good. When I booted it up I instantly saw problems in the driving. I also noticed there are too many static objects welded down that you just crash into when your car eventually takes a corner badly and you smash into anything in sight. I started the story missions and I really got into the story. It was a lot of fun and I think it was a great story and a great addition to the stories of Grand Theft Auto. I was EXTREMELY annoyed when Trevor killed of Johnny K. They really made him look like a pathetic little bitch. He was not like that at all in games prior. He was a take charge sort of guy and rarely would let sh*t come between him and his brothers. Now he's a filthy methhead bitch. It really got me angry because there was no need for that. Apart from this, I like the characters and the story. I didn't understand the ending and the choices. A and B are such short and unfinished endings. C is so fleshed out and every end is tied. Sometimes it seems a bit hasty but I like the way it's done.

 

Overall, I'd say 7.5/10. Good game but not the best GTA out there. Room for improvement.
