I got all 5 cars, made some donations and even waited around 5 days in game time and am still yet to receive my email from them. I've heard others have experienced this too, any work arounds?

No one has found anything out yet, unfortunatly Your only choice is to wait it out and hope an email comes or a bug fix. Sorry about that!
