xM3XICUTION3Rx Posted September 22, 2013 Share Posted September 22, 2013 Step 1: So first you will need to find a Sultan... which the difficulty of that seems to differ from game to game. Step 2: Take it to a car shop. Step 3: I'm not sure if it is after certain mods are installed or if its just the roll cage modification but just to be safe fully mod the car. Step 4: After these certain mods(?) an "RS" badge and "Sultan RSIIII" stripe will appear on the car. Step 5: Take to storage garage. Step 6: Save game. Step 7: Enjoy the car. The sultan with the rs variant has been found for days now, the sultan rs is a 2 door with the exhaust coming out to the side in the front. I've searched for days on the hopes that someone found a sultan rs, from this forum and any other forums with lots of google searches, this was the first time I had ever seen a sultan with rs badging and stripe, and actually even just a plain sultan, aside from the strat guide. yes its seems like its more of an easter egg than the "actual" car, but it sure is close enough and if you can find the real sultan rs more power to you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Maybe for some cars, all I know is that peoples car experiences are different, there were some accounts of people finding the sultan as early as 10 to 15 percent into the game and others still not seeing it after 50% even more.
