Anyway to get scub outfit/submarine to the Alamo?

After the

mission where the plane crashes into the Alamo sea

I really want to investigate to see if there's anything valuable. The thing is, my lung capacity sucks, and I can't seem to find a way to get the sub/scub outfit to the area as they're up a waterfall and the Cargobob's crane seems to only be for a few missions. So has anyone found a way?

Buy/Steal a Cargobob and use the winch on the bottom by pressing Right on the D-pad. You can buy the Sonar Docks and it unlocks a sub that you can use the winch on and fly it to the Alamo Sea. That's what I did.

The wreckage is great but the loot is not. I got my scuba gear from the sub at sonar collections deck or whatever it was called, switched to a boat and drove upstream from zancudo wetlands.

You can't use the Cargobob on the sub at the docks. It makes the heli act weird and you will crash, maybe it was me.

There is a sub at the runway in Grand Senora.

I used it to drop into the Alamo and there is a few finds.

I used the Cargobob to lift the submarine from the Sonar dock & the Cargobob just tilted on the side into the water & the submarine exploded giving me a 3 star wanted level

 

Where else can I find a submarine closer to the Alamo?
