Ok, so I've searched here, and the web in general and I can;t find any info on the achievement

"Time for a little getaway"

 

I've finished the story so

I've been back to North Yankton

, but still no achievement. I have a little flame of hope that it's possible to visit that place in free roam to unlock it, but I don't know how.

TO make it more strange, it's not on the xbox list of achievements on the console, and lot of websites are now leaving it out of their achievement lists, so what's the deal?
