As soon as you enter the base go to the left or right side and stay within the passage. Make sure you aren't spotted and you will lose the 4 stars real quick. You will notice every jeep, truck, soldier heads towards the gate where you killed the guard making it easy for you to slip pass.

 

 

Be warned as soon as you leave the passages the warrants will come base. Take a fast vehicle as this can buy time.
