ok so in the mission i fought the law when michael and trevor are on police bikes and trying to pull those cars over i heard trevor and michael yelling on the megaphone to tell them to pull over. is it possible to do this in free roam. to tell people to get out of the way. if you can what button do you press to do it. ive always wanted to do this so if yall know if you can please tell me.
