Is starting a multiplayer session like GTA IV?

Remeber back in GTA IV were you could disable name plates, map markers, auto aim, and other annoying issues? With GTA V we need the ability to disable the awful passive in addition to the settings from GTA IV. We seriously better not see Rockstar deciding what servers have because GTA IV's way was best.

i like alot of it disabled but i want to be able to have passive just in case some one decides to go on a killing spree. and don't complain about how they could line up a shot cause rockstar said that when you pull out your gun(aiming) then they get out of passive.

You don't have to have a gun out to get in position or get cover. But that said, the system like GTA IV had would mean we can both get our way and enjoy the game how we and others want.

if they had all that disabled i would be fine without passive i could just drive like a ped and hope they don't notice me. I think gta iv had it where you could set your preferences so you would only join a server that had those set.

And with the option to disable vehicle and weapon types to avoid the eneitable whiners who will complain then after change never play the game again.
