Annoying glitch!

okay so at the moment I'm in the middle of collecting the space ship parts and I just purchased the heli pad in vespucci, I then ordered a frogger helicopter but I done it in between when I purchased the helipad and when I actually received the email saying that I now own a helipad so my frogger was ordered but was never actually delivered nor did I receive the delivery email, the problem is that I now can't order another frogger because the site is telling me I already own one. I can't reload a previous save because its from an hour ago and I had collected no space ship parts.

 

Anyone know a solution or should I just not care that I can never own a frogger?
