Help PLEASE! I cant access Social Club in game

Idk what's going on. I signed up for Social club and linked my xbox 360 gamer tag, all good. I can't find any of the Social Club unlocks like the Elegy, or the new haircuts and new weapon. I also cannot upload photos to Snapmatic, it says "YOUR PFOFILE DOES NOT HAVE PERMISSIONS TO ACCESS ONLINE" or something. Please help :( I also cant get a collar i bought for chop on the ifruit app to appear in game... Is it becuase i dont have Xbox Live gold??? Please help me :(
