Note: I've finished the main story (still a couple of things to do!) and i always wondered something:

 

If you replay the heists missions with the weakest crew members you have, do they keep getting better and better? I never tried this and right now i don't have time to do it, but i was wondering if it's possible... It would be a cool way to ''upgrade them''.
