In game audio issues xbox 360 **please help**

I cant hear the any of the dialogues when characters are in a cutscene! It all started after I received a call from Beverly the paparazzi guy. Now the cellphone does not ring, has no sound when u click the keys or dial. I already tried all the audio settings , restrted the game and is not working. Has this happened to somebody already??? Any advice would be appreciated.
