After meeting Dom you unlock many sky diving missions.

 

Head to the country, find the closest Sky diving marker

I recommend the marker near the field with the giant wind turbines.

 

 

Now, equip a preferably silenced weapon, and pop the pilot who is waiting for you to get in.

 

Now get in and fly away!

 

 

Make sure to kill him first, or else you'll just get in the back and sky dive
