Rockstar simply downgraded GTA IV from alot of the features that San Andreas had improved the graphics and physics and called it a day and the game banged out 10 scores everywhere, Now GTA V comes with what seems like a whole sh*t load of new features (which arent actually new considering GTA San Andreas) and then people think its leaps and bounds better than IV (which it is but its seems deliberate as GTA IV held out on alot of features. I f*cking hate that 'only learned how to use current gen' BS. Oblivion was Elder Scrolls first IP (on next gen.... well current gen for us but back then) and it blew morrowind away. Only fanboys in denial think like that. Oh yea you also thought GTA V has the best Water effects this gen thus rendering your comment invalid. Also IV was anything but amazing brah. here are games that transitioned great between the generations God of War 3 GTA III (PSX to PS2) MGS4 (ps2 to ps4) and MGS2 (Psx to PS2) Oblivion and many more. V improves on pretty much everything. Can't argue with that, but i have mixed feeling about GTA V. For once, it is a GTA game and one can't help but love it, but damn... in my opinion GTA V wasn't closed to what i thought it would be. Map may be big but the city feels small. Doesn't have that "pop-up" glitch from IV but it does have some glitches. A lot of the features people said the game would have aren't really there. Storyline is sh*tty compared to IV... my opinion.
