Not just the look, but the way it moves & changes with the weather. I finally found the dinghy with the scuba gear & my first proper look at the underwater was magical. Of course there is... you're making me hate kevin spacey and i love kevin spacey. the water is amazing, especially when you see the yellow sub bobbing up and down, the contrast is very nice. (again a PC game) GTA V has the best water in any open world game on the current gen consoles. Even Uncharteds water are not even that great, you can't even go underwater or example.
