Are there any car-boosting missions àla Stevie's?

I find it odd that one of the leads is a repo-man and I've yet to come across missions that require me to track down and steal specific cars, like Stevie's in GTA IV, the docks in SA, or any of the "lists" in Vice City or III.

The closest thing is Trevor's Bounty Hunting missions but then again there's a lot less of them than there was in other games.

Missions for Devin revolve around stealing 5 cars. So far that's all I know about.

That is good news! Is that the one that starts with the hitchiker lady on the highway leading to LS? Everytime I try it, she somehow gets scared and runs away...
