Wtf the heist setups make up the 69 missions? f*ck that this game has less missions than most the GTA's (if not all) and has a few missions barley reaching 5 minutes and one that took me 49 seconds? f*cking quality of quantity my ass

Also it is not 500 missions online just starting out.

 

They said something more along the lines of 70 with the ability/intent to expand that upwards toward 700 as time goes on.

 

Where this "500 missions at launch" idea came from I haven't the slightest. Most likely some butt hurt kid who over hyped the game and wanted an explanation for why it wasn't what he thought it would be besides the "no game could ever be what you imagined it to be in your fervent wet dreams" explanation.

 

 

 

I'm excited about GTA:Online if for no other reason than 3 words.

Yeah great game but this is my only real complaint about the game it really seems they went COD on us and made Single player secondary and that makes some parts of the story seem really rushed and half done. I was okay with 69 missions when i thought heists and setups were not part of those 69 missions.

I agree the game was a little short, but it doesn't really bother me, the missions were a LOT more diverse than previous GTA's. I enjoyed every single bit of the story from the beginning to the end.

 

@OP Just wait until October 1st and you'll have a sh*t load of missions, but you'll probably still find something to moan and bitch about then...

I kinda agree. Was a little letdown when the setup for the heist's were actual mission's, especially the Blitz Play setup. I stole a tow truck and took it back to the lot, that was it, mission passed. I stole a garbage truck and took it back to the lot, another mission passed. I buy boiler suits for the crew, another mission passed. I buy the crew some mask's, another mission passed. That's 4 missions that could've all been done in 1. It was a bit of a letdown but nothing major but still wish they could've compacted those down a bit to 1 mission where you set everything up.

 

Great point sir. I didn't think of it that way... but yes thats disappointing because we couldve done all that in 1 mission -_-
