[Discussion] ALL The Things That Should be Fixed or Added ETC.

I want to write down everything about this game and want to hear other opinions and will update this thread when I can. (I'm writing first things that came up to my mind will add more with your comments too)

 

Feel free to do "constructive" comments. Pls add the number before you do.

 

Also please add if you think there are mores missing things I forgot to type, I will add them.

 

The things that should be fixed/added so far, Things that are wrong or missing etc.

1) Aiming marker is nearly invisible. So hard to see it, which makes difficult to aim.

2) Aiming while driving is crap, it directly shoots when you try to aim, they should change it, like you should first aim than shoot if you want or not... you get what I mean

3) Stealth mode and Silencer issues. They really don't work well all the time. Don't know why.

4) Special Places are nearly impossible to explore. Police or military directly kills you or goes after you no matter if you are using silencer and you stay in stealth mode.)

 

-Military place can't recall the name,

 

-Penitentiary (Never tried to go there in but probably impossible like the Fort.)

5) You can't plan heists etc. after you finish the game which is huge dissapointment.

6) "As far as I know" you can't take hostages on the street. Which is dumb.

7) iFruit App should be released for PC. Because not everyone in the world uses Android or iOS device.

8) Police is so OP they kill you instantly and they teleport. For example while you are running away from them there is no police visible on the map but suddenly someone comes right up mysteriously just like teleporting.

9) People in the game (Pedestrians, Drivers etc.) are very agressive and some of the pedestrians tries to beat you for no damn reason.

10) There should be more Hair and Facial hair choices.

11) There should be more tattoos.

12) There should be more accesories. Necklaces, chains, bracelets or other things you can think of. (I think there is no necklaces/chains as far as I found.)

13) Your characters change their clothes mysteriously "without your choice" which is VERY annoying for most of the people including me.

14) Lack of animals in the game.

 

Also "I heard" you could sell dead animals but when I killed them "on the road" there wasn't any option to pick their meat/fur or anything like we had in Read Dead Redemption (RDR*)

(correct me if I'm wrong on this too because I'm not sure.)

15) There are some missing cars from recent games as far as I noticed or maybe I didn't come across to them but still this is an issue too. They should've add MORE cars rather than removing them.

 

-There is no Rally cars or Sandking we had in Vice City.

 

-There is no "Monster Truck" which was insanely fun.

 

-And loads of other missing cars from recent games.

16) Modify ability is pretty cool but still could be better. Such as imagine if you could add police siren etc to your car. (Like front of your car etc.) Also Nitro is missing which is a HUGE deal on car modification for me.

 

Also they should add ability to make "custom emblems" so you can add them where ever you want ON YOUR CAR.

 

 

Ability to add "Spikes, Weapons on front, and ability to throw your passenger seat out of the car like you have on "JB 700 Dewbauchee" "

17) Missing weapons so far; flamethrower, molotov cocktail, chainsaw, and more that I can't recall so far. They also should add more weapons each year unlike using same ones over and over, and hell they even decrease the number of weapons rather than adding more. Such an idiotic move yet again.

18) Car purchasing/modding is so sketchy, your cars get lost which equals to money going down to drain.

 

Still couldn't figure how does garages work your cars get lost all the time and they are not at impound too. (Anyone with info help us pls lots of people mad at this, someone on the forum said he lost 500k because of this)

There is a mission (Don't remember the name of it) where you steal a car from movie set, the car is like Aston Martin in real life and it is named "JB 700 Dewbauchee" the car can drop spikes from behind and can fire automatic weapons from the front of it. You also can throw the other passenger when you press "square" button.

 

It is the best car in the game (Spec wise) and yet you can't use that version of it which is so dissapointing.If anyone knows how to get the one with weapons please tell here or send me PM

20) There is no vigilante mission AFAIK

21) Special clothes don't have any positive affect on free roam such as police costume. Like I wanted them to make people react to your costume. Like imagine when you have a police costume people respect you more and you don't get wanted level when you steal a car or small things like that.

 

It would be amazing and realistic.

22) Wish there was ability to load off sand/trash/cemet off the trucks. (I know it's nothing important but it could have been done easily)

23) Music's could be better and more in quantity and quality but still they are "ok"

24) I know some people don't care but I think this is a real important aspect to make the game more fun and realistic. INTERIORS, YES...

 

There are so less of them. Even in Vice City had more such as Diaz's mansion, other purchaseble places like strip clubs, ice cream factory, cab company and more.

 

And it is 2013 and you can't "even" get into places that you pay money to buy. I expected a lot of interior places. I hate to see people dining out of the restaurant but you can't enter inside of it.

 

I think they should've toned the endless ocean details down and added more interiors in place of them, which would make game cooler and more fun.

 

Don't get me wrong I love every possible kind of details but I don't like the way they did it, they toned down interiors and replaced it with ocean which is not nice and fair because there is no way you can explore every square of the underwater, but on the shore you can explore if they put interiors and you can create havoc inside of those interiors or do other activities etc.

 

If they did them at least equally most people would be happier about it.

25) You can't get in to the places you purchase.

26) I really don't understand why they block the places you had a "mission" inside while playing story mode but they are blocked on free roam. (You can't access banks, jewellery stores, etc that you robbed and had missions. And some other places too.) This is easy for them they can unlock it easily.

27) You can't purchase SAFEHOUSES or CONDOS.

28) There aren't any "real" missions that you can do from the places you buy. (So far)

 

I bought Smoke on Water and some other few places but there aren't real missions, manager only calls you and gives you crappy missions such as go and get the truck etc. I was expecting real missions like we had on "VC"

29) You don't have fun gadgets such as Jet Pack (So far noone found it)

30) They should add more things to do with Chop.

 

Ability to buy different animals (Other than dogs) and more species of dogs that have different specialities.

Ability to have more than 1 dog, like 2-3 dogs guarding and following your instructions.

32) Handcuffs !!!

 

(In RDR you had rope that you can catch and and tie people and you could do what ever you want to them. They need to modernize that rope and add handcuffs so you can kidnap or takeaway who ever you want more realistically.

33) When you are bounty hunting, when you catch the guy, when you don't kill him and choose to take him away, "he comes and sits near to you LOL". So stupid and not realistic at all. At least let us put him in the trunk or ability to handcuff him.

34) More fighting moves, fighting could be improved a lot through the years but it's nearly same for years which is sad.

36) I know this might sound weird but this is a +18 game and they should add more reality in the sexual parts of the game.

 

when you take her home you don't see a short scene of them having intercourse they can do that easily.

 

(also don't say what is wrong with you, I would rather get laid or watch porn, I'm not telling this to sound perv but seriously f*cking with a hooker in a car and both of them have their clothes on? come on.)

40) I know this is a bit over-doing for most people but I wouldn't say no if they added features like design your house that would be really cool, but who am I kidding they didn't even add interiors. But still a man can only hope for upcoming GTA 6

You can earn money hunting animals. It doesn't let you until you the do the stranger mission for Cletus as Trevor.

 

They need to re-implement the ability to exit the car while leaving it running. I really don't see why the f*ck they took that out.

 

They need to fix the garage/impound lot. Glitched beyond belief.

Also, why the f*ck did they remove all the bikes from GTA IV and TLAD? I only saw the Hexer and that was it. It's like I'm playing PS2 GTA's where the gangs only drive the same damn vehicle.

Driving on sand/dirt/gravel/grass/etc. is practically identical to driving on the road, in any vehicle. I shouldn't be able to do 90 degree turns on a PCJ 600 at high speed on the beach, or go up a steep grassy hill in a sports car.

They skipped too many cars from older games, I don't recognise anything in V..

 

Always the same cars you see on the steet. (lack of older cars doesn't help)

 

No Stallion (iconic car since GTA 1) and no classic Blista Compact.

 

Car damage is crap, should be same style but way more.

It's pointless to make lists like these, but I agree with everything except the changing clothes part. I love this feature. However, they could have made it so that you could save outfits and only have those in rotation.

 

I don't care for Saints Row, but from what I've played, the game seems more like a sandbox than GTA is at this point. It's just too wacky and cartoony.

1) I was expecting a deeper ecosystem. Animals are too few for hunting. I really wanted a rich hunting experience as Red Dead Redemption

 

2) Crossbows and Bows n arrows. Really thought they would be in as R* said V has most weapons in series history and there were animals.

 

3) Grabbing npc's and throwing them.

 

4) Putting npc's in the trunk (like Sleeping Dogs)

 

5) Buying more safe houses and entering them.

 

6) Map...I wish Los Venturas was added as an unmentioned surprise

Fanboy/Ass kisser of R*? Not at all (if at all, the exact opposite if they can't manage to convince me with GTA:O). I am severely disappointed with GTA V (the story, the lack of features like missing hotdog stands and no buyable properties even though a lot of things hinted towards it) but I'm not delusional like you who thinks they're going to add all the "cut/missing things" (which were never there to begin with so they arent missing, it was a design choice to not include features like a working gym due to e.g. going for motion capture) in an update/DLC. Don't get your hopes up high and stop being so narrow minded.

 

The "they can add everything as an update" card doesn't cut it either. If it's not there in the first place you'll bet your ass on the fact that it wont be there as a free update. Your best bet is paid/free DLC (well paid sounds a lot more logical to me) but even then I doubt they add any of your points. Rockstar was never known for listening to their fanbase (look at all the GTA IV petitions back in the days, not a single requested feature was included. "All they did" was release new games/expansions that included a few things they probably planned on adding anyways).

blame u R*..this is one main factor of the game..spend ur money on insane car customization..drive around in your car..but just becoz of this bug im not able to use this features and have to wait (several weeks) for a patch?!!?
