A PS4 is more like a mid-to-high range PC without the bloat that PCs deal with. It will probably run GTA V at 1080p 60fps but it will not run GTA V at 4k resolution.

Well yes GTA is an easy to mod game and and GTA 4 with decent mods on PC looks superior to GTA V. The PS4 won't run a 4k resolution though, but 1080p you will have.

 

Talking about next gen graphics, I was really impressed with the graphics of tom clancy's the division. Maybe there will be a GTA V version for PS4 with tweaked graphics and HD textures.
