It really takes the realism out of BASE jumping when you run off of the edge of a fixed object without a parachute and then it suddenly appears on your back. I know it's a game, and it's not supposed to be super realistic, but c'mon... Invisible parachutes? Really? They finally got loads of detail into the the container and risers and then messed it up with the equipped parachutes being invisible. It needs fixing in an update if you ask me. Parachute would clip through things and look stupid. I mean there should an option to equip it when not in an aerial vehicle. There's no need for sarcasm, you pratt. I remember when I base jumped there was a quick clip of my character grabbing the chute and clipped it on. But normal jumping it just sort of appears as you've said. The cosmetics really do change the feel of the game. After you get more into the game you'll get parachutes by getting into planes and choppers like the games predecessors.
