A guy on Youtube released a save editing tool that hacks money, ammo and health but it requires .NET framework 3.5 working properly and for some reason my computer has never worked well with .net. Like how do half get released, then the other half don't for a week? And how are they discovered? Or does rockstar just release them? If they need to be hacked, where are the hackers? There's a way sometimes, I think profession hackers have a system of clicking random buttons and it shows what they discover. There was a video on youtube if I'm not mistaken.
