Besides V's obvious improvements in graphics optimization and traffic density, IV is still beautifully designed and interesting. So many of the comments here are about which atmosphere you like rather than technical shortcomings of the older game vs. the newer game, and that shows how well made IV is. I do hated that it was only a city in IV though. But I would love it if they brought it to V/Online. Racecarlock Posted June 1, 2014 Share Posted June 1, 2014 It's a nice place, but I like airplanes and tanks and invincibility. Liberty city is a very good representation of new york, but there was not much in it besides bowling and clubs and darts and drinking. And dinner dates. DLC was nice, though. Los Santos might not have many clubs, but it makes up for it by giving me planes and weapons and cool cars galore. I even have a beach that's not exclusively populated by the homeless. They're still there, but now there's actual people in swimwear on the beach. Also there's a roller coaster. I love roller coasters. IV decided to take place in winter when the amusement park is closed down to make sure that bowling was the best you could get. I'm not going to miss it much. I was amazed. Only thing i was pissed about were NO BIKES and Mercenaries 2 had destructable buildings and GTA IV didnt. Silly me, i was young. Do i miss it? No, its right across the room if i want to play it. Though i would love to play it upgraded to GTA ONLINE but, i would rather play that old school themed Vice City that The Benz was talking about in an interview. Once this gets announced, I highly doubt I could ever make a return to LC on PC, compared to more detailed and huge world it'll make LS look in GTA V.
