Why couldn't they add more interiors ?

No... just no. The map from Singleplayer is the same from Online, and it would be non sense to add more interiors in Online than Singleplayer.

look at the building shown at the end of the gameplay video, obviously enterable, go to it in SP, the windows are flat textures like everything else.

Did vice city or San Andreas have liquor stores that you could rob? Did they have weapon customization? Did they have submarines and sharks?

 

There is about a hundred things that GTA V has that no other GTA game has. Picking out one thing like an enterable mall that GTA V doesn't have is one of the stupidest things I've ever heard.

Does GTA V have trucking or freighter missions ? Does GTA V have stadium events ? Does GTA 5 have pool mini game or little mini video games ? Does it have a monstertruck or a hovercraft or a jetpack ? Can you work at the gym ? Does it have gang wars ? NO, NO AND NO! What's the point of adding new things when you don't keep the old things from previous games ?!

 

Because some old things don't really make sense to be in the game while other new things do? It's not really hard to comprehend. I mean, if you honestly believed Rockstar added Yoga over Casionos and thought that was a great idea, then you're just not going to get it. It's very obvious why yoga was added to the game.

 

And if you really think Rockstar just sat around saying, eh, let's not add anymore interiors for the heck of it, then again, you'll just not get it. I love my 360, but it's ridiculously old and outdated and we're lucky we have the amount of interiors, peds, and traffic we have now with such technical limitations. We have this entire world on 256mb of RAM. That's pretty incredible.

 

And if online does have a significant amount of interiors, then color me even more impressed because it'll be a miracle.

 

That's just stupid, Maybe I liked all these things right ? Of course when some feature is bad it has to be removed but you do know the game would be better if it had absolutely every single feature from old games. And don't try to excuse them with the good old '' console limitation '' because we both know that things like trucking, freighter, vigilante missions or a monstertruck or jetpack don't depend on the consoles power but simply on the devs' choice. And yet they have no excuse for locking features\vehicles for missions only like they did with most interiors and things like train driving

Where are people getting this supposed hardcore information regarding interiors being in online multiplayer? I haven't seen any confirmation on this, and people may just be setting themselves up for disappointment due to bloated expectations. I love this game, but I have to admit that the lack of interiors is quite shocking considering how the accepted idea was that there were going to be TONS of interiors.

The most glaring omissions are the AIRPORT, MALLS, STADIUM and OFFICE BUILDINGS. These were places I EXPECTED to be fully explorable.

There really is nothing interesting to do inside a building. After all the amazing things they added to this game are people really going to say "why can't I buy a burger at Burger Shot and watch a ten second animation of me eating it?" Holy f*cking lol.

Wow, seriously guys. Look at it this way. Singleplayer seems to be pretty much, at it's most basic, a tutorial for multiplayer. In multiplayer we'll have more (hopefully re-doable) heists, more activities, race & deathmatch map editors, more homes with interiors (there's the big one you're all freaking out about) to buy, more properties overall to buy, such as garages etc. More stuff to do in general, GTA V singleplayer is only half, if not less, than what you fully get when you buy GTA V, you're getting access to GTA:O, which is rockstars' primary focus for the next few years.

 

Wait until we have full access to the full game before whining please, save us all a lot of time.

Not every building obviously, but there are a lot more purchasable properties with interiors in online mode, hesitable banks/businesses, and more activities. All of this adds up to more interior. Not that I could care less, I don't see the big attraction with running through peoples houses, the stadium I can understand however, but this may be unlocked in GTA:O, maybe in an update for it.
