Well.. i just figured that the peds in GTA V do this aswell! Take a nice car, stand next to someone at a traffic light and rev your engine. They most likely will say something like 'Yeah, whatever'. I saw a guy pick up a prostitute, and he drove erratically all the way up until he got to a dark alley. They had sex and I killed her when she got out... Anyway, yeah.
