HOW DO I CHANGE CLOTHES?

Im trying to change him back into a wardrobe I like. Why cant I do this just walking down the street? Its hard to find a place to change. Where do I see/find/change into the stuff Ive bought? It is not easily found.

Go back to his safehouse and walk into the T-shirt icon. Or just walk into a clothes store and buy new ones. Though I wish you could remove or put on small stuff like a hat or sunglasses while walking around, but you can't

Safehouse or go to a Clothing Shop and click the garments you already have bought to wear them (unless you want to purchase new clothes)
