If you go North on your map and look for the spray can icon. North/North West from there is a broken bridge, jump that on your bike/car and continue north for about 10-15 seconds. He sent me a message telling me he was very rich and owned a animal business in which he invested 100k in stock to me. If you check you stock market after receiving that message you'll find it in your portfolio. Cash it out and you'll have over 100k. It was a great surprise.
