Bike handling (motorbikes) causing me a major problem

Long time no post on here. Anyway, I have the PS3 version and wondering if anybody has the same issue as me while trying to steer any sort of motorbike it always seems to steer to the right and I can't control the damn thing at all

Basically what I said. Trying to control the bikes and it seems to steer to the right constantly always having to straighten it up make sense?

Honestly I'm finding the bikes a joy after the piss poor bike handling from 4.

Honestly don't know what your problem can be other than a dodgy stick. It's usually the Xbox controllers with that fault, PS3 controllers are usually solid.

That didn't work. I guess i'll have to find somebody that's got a PS3 can test their controller and if that working I guess it's more money fork out time

Hey, i'm having the exact same problem. Cars, planes, boats and walking are all fine but the damn bikes keep turning off to the side! Did you find any solution to this?

I'm having this to. I've tried several pads including a friends and he has not encountered this issue. Seems to be happening with bikes, motorcycles and planes.

I knew I wasn't going insane! Some missions which require bikes (the 1 i'm on now) can't do it because of this issue

Sounds like a glitch or your controller. However, even if the bike steers correctly, they completely f*cked up the bike handling. Also, the way the camera follows the bikes every turn, gives me motion sickness.

That's actually my biggest gripe with the game. They really screwed the pooch (or Chop) with that.

I've asked on the PS EU Forum (I from UK) see if they can shed any light on it but glad I not the only 1 it happening to (whether it a controller issue or whatever who knows) I did manage to do that mission I had to but wasn't easy!

Hey, I didn't want to start a thread about this idea below, my thread always suck, so I'll just post it here.

Anyway, I was watching the bike handling, and it reminded me of SAMP. I don't know, but maybe they dumbed down the handling all around a bit in V to make it so that GTAO is identical to V? It would be bad business to have something that people like in single player and then online handling is different.

they need to overhaul the physics for bikes atvs and helicopters. i cant say planes yet because i havnt flown much iam just baffled how rockstars sacraficed physics.[my opinion]

If your having this issue. Go to settings, then motion sensor function, then turn it off. Just figured it out there.

Can't believe it but it seems to have fixed it! (After I failed a freaks mission as I had to skip it mind) :p

I have this same issue. The motorbikes, pushbikes, helicopters and planes all have the same issue. Cars are perfectly fine. The planes always pitch up and the helicopters fly backwards, the bikes move in circles. I spent some time in a game shop installing GTA V and using my controllers on the shops PS3 and there was no issue, you can just keep your fingers on the accelerator and the bike moves in a straight direction. I can say that its not your controller that is causing the problem its the PS3. I am going to copy all my data onto a USB and swipe my PS3 and see if this does the trick. If anyone has a simple solution to this rather than swiping my PS3 data then they would be a godsend. Thanks

Do what Huntaro said above. Turn all motion sensor function options off in game. Problem solved

dont worry i had the same problem is not your controler, simply go to settings, motion sensor function and turn it off for bikes, or simply turn all of them off,
