How to start Epsilon Program missios?

So using Michael, now I can access the Epsilon website but I fail the test with 24% every time whatever chooses I do.

 

Suits are out of stock, what I'm supposed to do?

The test is fairly easy to do? You pick the retarded answer (most of the time yes) and you should pass it easily. It takes a while until they get back to you, you could try speeding it up by going to bed.

Don't you just have to do the test on the in-game internet, before then travelling to the blue question mark on the map? At least that's what I did.

Do the test 3 times (to make sure). On first try do "Yes" everywhere, second try "No" everywhere and third time "undecided" everywhere. Die or sleep in bed and look for a Blue Question Mark somewhere around the Fort Zacundo/Raton Canyon. If you see a red Bison (pickup truck) at the question mark location, go to it and it will start first Kifflom mission. Then do what they tell you.
